Apartafit is an online weight loss course that includes video workouts and a meal plan. It offers two different plans tailored to your fitness level.

The most important thing is your determination! But optional you may need:

Mat (can be replaced with a towel)
Resistance bands
Dumbbells (can be replaced with water bottles)
Kitchen scale (can be replaced with a measuring cup or measured in tablespoons)

Yes! Many women who are breastfeeding participate in our program. The training program is completely safe, and the menu is balanced and nutritious, which is actually beneficial while breastfeeding.

No, Apartafit is not recommended for individuals with health issues such as back problems, joint issues, or diastasis.

If your doctor has approved resuming exercise, it is actually recommended! The course includes many exercises that are beneficial for postpartum recovery, such as those for diastasis, pelvic floor, and deep abdominal muscles.
